Product guarantee: Neo Lab offers high quality products made from certified raw material with full service and product guarantee.
Returns: We ask that you contact Neo Lab before returning any of our products. Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of invoice, undamaged and in the original packaging. If the product in question has been incorrectly ordered by the customer or if the customer is unsatisfied with the product, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product at their own expense.

Shipping and handling fee: The processing and shipping costs are 7eur for all EU countries by GLS service. For orders via DHL Express fee of 20eur (excl VAT).
